To ensure you receive your orders as quickly and securely as possible, BAD BOY partners with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). By utilizing Amazon's world-class logistics network, we are able to process and deliver your gear with industry-leading speed.

  • Reliable Tracking: You will receive accurate, real-time tracking updates directly to your inbox.
  • Packaging Note: Because we use this fulfillment network, your BAD BOY gear may occasionally arrive in an Amazon-branded box. Don't worry—the premium combat apparel inside is 100% BAD BOY.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed and sent to our fulfillment network within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with your tracking number.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping speeds to fit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination.

4. International Shipping

BAD BOY is a global brand, and we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BAD BOY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

5. How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we rely on our fulfillment partners to safely deliver your items, we know that occasionally things go wrong in transit.

  • If you receive your order and the items are damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the condition of the item and packaging.
  • If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or building manager, and allow 24 hours to see if it turns up.

7. Address Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at badboy@fitshop.gr as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to the fulfillment center, we are unable to modify the shipping details.
