Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment of BadBoy orders is subject to materials availability.

Material is consolidated in multiple warehouses throughout the continental U.S, so shipping dates may vary. Other reasons for delayed shipping may be due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside North America. If you are elsewhere and ordered an item, please contact customerservice@badboy.com as soon as possible.

Most items will be shipped via UPS and USPS within 4-7 business days unless expedited shipping is chosen, but some restrictions apply. Since we use multiple warehouses, shipping times may differ. For reference, please check your tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email. Also, shipping costs vary depending on time.

We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.

If your order hasn't arrived within 4-7 business days, please check your tracking information in your email. Please whitelist "customerservice@badboy.com".

If the order says delivered, but not at your residence, please contact your local post office as it might have been sent there.

Returns

Input your order ID that you recieved in your order confirmation email as well as your shipping address zip code.

We offer a 30 day return period. 

Ordering & Payment

Please contact customerservice@badboy.com immediately with the following information:

1.  Order Number ( 5 digits starting with 2 and located on your confirmation email)

2. Which information is incorrect (i.e size,color,shipping address, billing address)

Unfortunately if we shipped out your order, we won't be able to reconcile the order unless we receive the item. If this occurs, please contact us for further information.

 It can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to us. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse
